The teen years are full of change — emotionally, socially, academically, and within the family. These transitions can feel especially challenging for adolescents with diverse neurotypes, identities, and life experiences. I work with neurodiverse and neurotypical teens to navigate anxiety, depression, school pressures, peer relationships, and the expectation to “have it together.” Together we explore unhelpful coping patterns, build on individual strengths and focus on core values. Teens work to develop emotional awareness, practical coping tools, and confidence in who they are becoming. I provide a space where young people can be fully themselves — without performing, impressing, or filtering — and feel supported in their unique journey.

College and early adulthood can feel exciting and overwhelming at the same time. Academic pressure, family expectations, relationship shifts, independence, and big life decisions can create anxiety, self-doubt, or burnout. I help young adults slow things down, untangle the pressure, and reconnect with their values. Our work focuses on managing anxiety and depression, navigating transitions, and building a grounded sense of self during this in-between stage of life.

The journey of parenting requires ongoing adjustment and thoughtful attunement, honoring each child’s unique development, identity, and experiences. I work with parents who want to better understand their child’s emotional world, strengthen communication, and feel more confident in their role. Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, navigating independence, or facing school challenges, parent sessions provide practical tools, perspective, and steady support.

My work is collaborative, creative, and tailored to each individual. I draw from mindfulness practices, Acceptance and Commitment Based Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies (CBT), using neurological-informed work, and movement-based and creative therapies. My work with clients may include nature-based experiences, movement, and creative therapeutic approaches that support emotional expression, insight, and overall well-being. Whether we’re building coping strategies, emotion regulation skills, or exploring patterns, therapy is designed to meet you where you are — in a way that feels authentic, practical, and sustainable.
